Savback Helicopters was founded in 1999 by Michael Savbäck. Michael has been active in the helicopter business for thirty years, and has established his name and his company in the world of helicopter trading and marketing, achieving in the process a well-earned reputation. Savback Helicopters have delivered close to 900 helicopters world-wide, out of which nearly 300 have been brand new, to some of the most perceptive customers in both professional and private capacities, including police, SAR, EMS, VIP, off-shore, corporate and many more. This experience has given us an understanding of, and hands-on ability to cater for, every aspect of customer’s needs, be it advisory, technical, regulatory or operational, thereby enabling us to provide a comprehensive helicopter sale-related service. The services that we provide today, beside helicopter sales and access to our extensive network, include consulting, assisting with helicopter registration, helicopter valuation, operation valuation & sale, as well as expertise in aviation law.

Savback Helicopters was the sales agent for Airbus Helicopters in Sweden and Finland between 1999 and 2018. Today, we are the Independent Representative for Bell Helicopters in Sweden and Finland. We are also the world-wide, sole exclusive distributor of ultra-light helicopter model GHT G-250 Eagle, as well as the sole exclusive distributor in the Nordics, the CIS and the Baltics of ultra-light model CURTI Zefhir. Beside the cooperation with the manufacturers, we are also able to provide our network of customers all over the globe with a wide range of some of the finest pre-owned helicopters on the market from all major brands.
